1. Why should customers purchase equipments from you?
 
A.
When we formulated our business strategy that's the question we asked ourselves.We also studied the market scenario and found that customers were being offered equipments solely based on price factor - with no importance being given to energy efficiency (After all it is the customer who pays the energy bill not the supplier)
 
 
We realized (even before many other companies did) that reliability of the equipment and efficient after sales service would be of prime importance. As would energy efficiency.
 
 
We have designed, supplied and installed energy efficient systems since 1995 - when the industry at large (the customers ) was unaware that such systems could be designed. Most suppliers / contractors could sell what they wished to and were unwilling to educate the customer.

Apart from this is there any other reason to purchase equipments from you. packages offered by most large companies. 
 
A.
We always offer the customers what they need - unlike the standardized chiller packages offered by most large companies.
 
 
Also we design the systems to suit the ambient conditions which vary greatly in our country Hence there is a need to customize the design for each location.

How different is your HVAC system design?
 
A.
We spend a lot of time understanding the customers' process requirements and designing the HVAC system to suit those needs. We don't work on 'Rules of
Thumb ' such as - so many sq. ft. per ton of refrigeration or so many CFM per ton of refrigeration.
 
 
For Example - A rule of thumb applied by most is 400 CFM per ton of refrigeration. While this may be acceptable in comfort airconditioning applications, for industrial airconditioning applications the figure could be different and at times is almost double.

Does that mean your systems will always be oversized.
 
A.
Not at all. We size the systems correctly. Of course some safety factors have to be applied - but these are applied after carefully estimating the heat loads and the required air flows.
 
5.
Are your systems cheaper than those offered by your competitors?
 
A.
The first cost will generally be high when compared to systems designed on the basis of Rules of Thumb.
 
 
However - when compared with systems of equal capacity and capabilities, the cost will be low due to our low overheads.
 
 
The customers have to decide what is more important for them - reduction in capital investment or reliability of equipment and down time reduction.
 
 
Also when systems are designed with lower energy efficiency the first cost is low but the operating costs are high - in effect the customer is paying for the equipment in installments.
 
 
We don't believe in marketing "Cheapest and Best" products.
 
6.
Don't you undertake comfort airconditioning contracts?
 
A.
We have positioned ourselves in a category which makes it very difficult for us to bid for comfort airconditioning contracts.
 
7.
How is your consultancy different from those offered by others?
 
 
We don't issue a thick wad of general specifications - based on which the contractors are supposed to do detailed engineering work as well as provide performance guarantee.
 
 
We provide detailed engineering design including sizing of equipments, detailed ductwork  drawings, detailed pipeline drawings , specific details of heat exchangers and cooling coils etc.
 
 
The contractor's obligation is only to provide the equipment as specified and provide a mechanical guarantee.

Do you have a proven track record?
 
A.
We align ourselves with our customers as partners to assist them in achieving their goals and objectives. We have developed a reputation as a trustworthy vendor with all our customers without exception.
